Caroline Browne

carolineCaroline Browne is a solicitor and a founding partner of the Firm.

Caroline has particular expertise and experience in all aspects of contentious wills and estates litigation, including claims of spouses and children, and advises personal representatives and beneficiaries. She also provides advice on wills, extraction of grants of probate and letters of administration and the distribution of the estate to the beneficiaries, enduring power of attorney and ward of court applications.

Caroline also has considerable knowledge and experience in property law matters and advises clients on all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions including drafting and negotiating leases, residential property sales and purchases, re-mortgages and bank guarantees.

Caroline Browne was appointed as Notary Public by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Ireland in 2011 and is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL), the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association, Limerick Bar Association and the Faculty of Notaries Public.

Anthony Murphy

anthonyAnthony Murphy is a solicitor and a founding partner of the Firm

Anthony is an experienced litigator with particular expertise in personal injuries law, motor accident claims, commercial disputes and litigation, and debt recovery. He advises clients on applications to the Injuries Board, road traffic accidents, work accidents, sports injury claims and public liability claims. He also provides advice on medical negligence claims and fatal injury claims. He has successfully acted for clients in cases brought before the District Court, Circuit Court and High Court.

Anthony is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and the Medical Injuries Alliance (MIA). He has presented talks on motor accident law, including the process for dealing with accidents caused by uninsured and untraced drivers.

Audrey Healy

Audrey joined us as a consultant in September 2014. Prior to that she was a partner in the property department of a large locally based firm having joined that firm in 1984. Audrey has over 30 years experience, specialising in advising clients in residential and commercial property transactions in respect of purchases, sales and on lending aspects in connection with property financing, such as mortgages, re-mortgages, compulsory purchases (CPO) and development agreements. She was part of a banking unit, acting for a number of banks in respect of commercial lending. She has advised Insurance Companies on a wide range of issues including pensions and professional negligence matters. Audrey also specialises in Wills and Probates.

Audrey has provided legal advice to a wide range of financial institutions, property developers and private clients. These clients operate both locally and throughout Ireland. Audrey was the Partner in Charge of IT and the Legal Quality Standard and has huge experience in setting up systems with clients in regard to workflows etc.

Rosaleen Monahan

rosaleenRosaleen Monahan is a legal executive in the Firm with over 25 years’ experience.

Rosaleen has a wealth of experience in relation to motor accident claims and insurance claims, debt recovery and enforcement of judgments, and litigation practice and procedure. She manages the Firm’s debt collection unit and handles vehicle damage insurance claims on behalf of clients dealing with third party insurers, garages and assessors.

Rosaleen is a member of the Irish Institute of Legal Executives (iiLEX).
