
Caroline Browne is a solicitor and a founding partner of the Firm.
Caroline has particular expertise and experience in all aspects of contentious wills and estates litigation, including claims of spouses and children, and advises personal representatives and beneficiaries. She also provides advice on wills, extraction of grants of probate and letters of administration and the distribution of the estate to the beneficiaries, enduring power of attorney and ward of court applications.
Caroline is also a property law expert and has considerable knowledge and experience advising clients on all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions including drafting and negotiating leases, residential property sales and purchases, re-mortgages and bank guarantees.
Caroline Browne was appointed as Notary Public by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Ireland in 2011 and is a member of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association, Limerick Bar Association and the Faculty of Notaries Public.
