Elaine Crowe is a solicitor in our litigation department and joined our firm in February 2019. She is a native of Limerick and completed her legal training in a leading general practice firm in Co. Clare.
Elaine advises clients in relation to a broad range of litigation matters including personal injury, employment law, probate litigation as well as commercial disputes. She attends the Circuit Court sittings in Limerick, Clare, Tipperary, Waterford and Cork as well as the provincial High Court sittings.
Elaine has a keen interest in employment law and workplace related civil actions. She advises and assists clients with employee/employer disputes, employment injunctions, bullying and harassment cases and applications to the Work Place Relations Commission.
