Margaret Giltenane is a legal executive in our property and probate department and joined our firm in 2014.
Margaret has over 20 years’ experience in dealing with property transactions and registrations, mortgages, adverse possession claims and probate. She has also dealt extensively with housing developments on behalf of developers, buy to let mortgages on behalf of financial institutions, and the purchase of ground rents.
Margaret works closely with Caroline Browne, Partner, and Audrey Healy, Consultant.
Margaret is a member of the Irish Institute of Legal Executives (IILEX)
