Sarah Falvey is a Solicitor in our Litigation Department and joined the firm in 2021 having previously worked in a leading Munster law firm. Sarah also worked in the European Parliament in Brussels, the Department of Justice Equality and Law Reform and worked in an international law firm in Dublin.
Sarah is an experienced litigator with particular expertise in personal injury, cosmetic negligence and medical negligence law. Sarah represents clients in the Circuit Court and High Court.
Experience in personal injury actions arising from accidents at work, road traffic accidents, public liability claims and medical negligence.
Advising clients in relation to cases and settlements for pain and suffering, past and future treatment, psychological injuries, loss of earnings, loss of opportunity and other costs directly linked
to the injuries sustained.
Focusing on serious injury claims with an emphasis on head and brain injuries, fatal accident claims, lower-body injuries such as loss of limbs, psychological injuries and trauma, spinal injuries and catastrophic injuries.
Sarah has also an interest in general litigation, probate litigation and commercial disputes.
